The cold weather in Kabul, Afghanistan, has caused the death of several homeless drug addicts. The Afghan Health and Counternarcotics Ministries started a joint campaign on December 16 to gather the drug addicts for treatment, as temperatures plunged to minus 3 degrees Celsius.
