U.S. Air Strikes ‘Probably Had A Role’ In Mosul Civilian Deaths

A large number of civilians died during an air strike by U.S.-led coalition forces in west Mosul on March 17. The top U.S. commander in Iraq acknowledged on March 28 that U.S. planes “probably had a role in these casualties.” (RFE/RL’s Radio Farda, Reuters)
