Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is vowing harsh retaliation against the Dutch government for barring his ministers from speaking at a rally. Ankara was hoping to sway Turkish nationals in Europe to support Erdogan’s side at an upcoming referendum in Turkey.
